Today I made baked eggs for the first time. They were delicious and I can't wait to try again! I added cherry tomatoes and goat cheese. I also added a simple green salad with pomegranate and toast, and of course, some English tea.

For lunch I had some butternut squash soup. It pretty much took no effort considering I used the soup out of the carton but its never got enough of a kick to it for me so I added cinnamon, cumin, pepper, basil, and a dollop of goat cheese and a couple of chopped cherry tomatoes. I always doctor up my soups :)
