cafe gitane is so simple... yet never ceases to please my palette
heres to another wonderful afternoon in the city

avocado toast:
mash and mix with a fork
avocado
olive oil
lemon
salt
pepper

spread onto multi-grain toast
sprinkle with red pepper flakes
