dressing: olive oil red wine vinegar dijon mustard sugar pepper
It was a rainy day. I was in need of groceries. All I had in my kitchen was some leftover kale and chard, lentils, eggs, and half an onion. So I put them to good use. I came up with this comforting, hearty salad. I gotta say, it was pretty tasty.
