Eggcellent!

Today's Breakfast: Eggs Norwegian (minus the sauce)

Poached Egg on a bed of Spinach and Asparagus sauteed in Truffle Oil


Baked Eggs with Balsamic Onion and Garlic
Caramelize onions in Balsamic Vinegar and garlic, and bake in a oiled or buttered ramekin with eggs at 350 degrees til eggs are cooked thoroughly.
