Hold Fast to Dreams

Don't know about all of you, but I have felt this way before. And it's a good thing I did because it has made all the difference in my life. If I hadn't, I never would have moved out here to New York City.

Sure, I was terrified of New York. You always hear about how this city is "dog eat dog" or horrible things about how dirty it is, and how mean everyone is, and how unsafe it is (not exactly true at all, by the way, this place is incredible, and so are the people). But I was more terrified of staying in the same place and never knowing what it would be like to do something new, something I longed for.

Sometimes you just have to do the things that scare you. I think it is quite healthy. I now have this feeling like "I conquered one of my biggest fears, I can do anything". Have you ever felt that way about a feeling you had or a situation you were in, maybe even a dream you never thought was possible?
