
It's my last morning in Indiana and I'm having cake and tea for breakfast.... why not?

I made a
Moroccan feast for my family while home... I got the recipes from Domino... Cous Cous with Cilantro and Pistachios

Beet Salad with Goat Cheese, Pistachios, and Orange vinaigrette

And Chicken Tagine in my new Dutch Oven!

Mom and Dad spoiled us with amazing breakfasts everyday. Christmas morning we had eggs benedict

Before leaving the city for the holidays Courtney and Kat had us over for a pitch in of Mediterranean Tapas and Wine. Courtney made this awesome white bean dip.

I provided the Polenta cakes with feta, sundried tomato tapenade and dill.

Kat made some tasty stuffed mushrooms.

I made some grilled eggplant on the griddle and made a lemon caper sauce for it... not bad for improv.
