Naidre's is a cute little coffee shop by me with excellent sandwiches and baked goods. Sometimes you just need a simple pick up meal and their Garden Tuna Salad Sandwich is so great. Perfectly simple, tuna, scallions, red pepper, lemon aoli, and parsley.... fresh fresh fresh!

The other day I made a simple spinach salad with cucumbers, avocado, sprouts, and my very own carrot ginger dressing i whipped up in the food processor.... c'est tres delicioux!
